Unani or Yunani medicine is the pseudoscientific practice used in Perso-Arabic traditional medicine in Mughal India and in the Indian subcontinent and modern day Central Asia. The term Yunani means "Greek", as the Perso-Arabic system of medicine was based on the teachings of the Greek physicians Hippocrates and Galen.
We run specific Clinical trials on Unani medicines too. Being a non documented research field, no DCGI approval is needed. However, we need to take approval from the Independednt Ethics committee for running such trials. These trials could be from clinic to hospitls, and are generally low budgeted.
